Roughly 2.5 million years ago, in a time now referred to as the Paleolithic period, early humans used simple stone and bone tools, combined with mineral, plant extract and charcoal mixtures to etch their stories and communications into the stone walls that sheltered them from the elements. It was here that the earliest forms of communication were born, and where we found the inspiration for the name, Etch Media.
